PETER TELLER

CEO

Peter Teller is the CEO and founder of National Contractors. Peter has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years and has worked in a variety of roles.

When asked about an accomplishment in Construction or a favorite project, Peter said:

“I’m most proud of our relationships and reputation within the industry. We consistently deliver projects on budget and on time, which has helped up maintain a positive reputation in the industry.”

When Peter is not at National Contractors he enjoys spending time with his wife Renée and his family.

Renée Teller

President

Renée is a partner at National Contractors with her husband of 24 years, Peter Teller. Together, Renée and Peter set the vision and direction of the company. Renée and Peter have worked together for 29 years.

When asked about an accomplishment in Construction or a favorite project, Renée said:

“I’m most proud of our ability to continually deliver on time. We deliver projects on-budget and continually overcome difficult obstacles and circumstances.”

When Renée is not at National Contractors she enjoys spending time with her amazing family and enjoys all things animals and water related.

 
 
 

 
 
 

CARMEN MORTISE

Operations Manager

Carmen has been a part of the team at National Contractors for 8 years. Carmen and Peter Teller have worked together for over 30 years and Carmen has over 38 years of experience in the industry.

At National, Carmen performs and supports Estimating, Bidding, Customer Relations, Sales, Subcontract negotiations, Project Management and problem resolution.

When asked about an accomplishment in Construction or a favorite project, Carmen said:

“Aldi Food Stores, NY State District. We’ve successfully completed dozens of new ground up builds and also major expansion and remodels. We were the first GC in the USA to work with Aldi in developing their store remodel and upgrade program. The first year of these remodels. We completed interior and exterior renovation on average within a 10 day schedule for complete turnaround. This has grown into the most enjoyable and rewarding customer relationships that I have had the pleasure of being a part of.”

LETHA

PALCZYNSKI

Letha is a senior finance, accounting, and administrative services executive with extensive financial and accounting background in public and private entities, including acquisitions, sales, mergers, and IPO’s. Upon graduation from college, she began her business career working for one of the “Big Eight” accounting firms. Letha has held various executive and consulting positions throughout her tenure, and has a wealth of financial and operational business experience. She earned her CPA and holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Accounting from Susquehanna University.

When Letha is not at National Contractors, she enjoys spending time with her husband Fran and her family.

Stephen

Proietta

Senior Construction Manager

Stephen has been a part of the team at National Contractors since National’s start in 2001. for 8 years. Stephen has worked with Peter Teller on projects for over 25 years. Stephen has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry.

At National, Stephen serves as Senior Construction Manager and supports project management and sales.

When asked about an accomplishment in Construction or a favorite project, Stephen said:

“I built the first FDA approved “Dry Product Anti-Biotic” production plant in South East Asia (Just outside Manila, Philippines). I have built several other projects I am proud of including a an award-winning building.” 

When Stephen is not at National Contractors he enjoys spending time with his wife Rymma, going to the beach, taking care of the garden and biking.

Christine

Schroeder

Project Manager

Christine recently joined the National team 3 years ago.  She has over 20 years of project management experience. 

Building and construction management has been a part of her life since she was born. She enjoys the challenge of meeting the turnover deadline of the project to the customer all the while maintaining a high level of quality.

When Christine is not at National, she enjoys watching football and hockey with her family.

Rich Davis

Project Manager

Rich has been a part of the team at National Contractors for over 5 years and has worked in the construction industry for 35 years.

At National, Rich completes Take Offs, performs Project and Site Management, Subcontract Negotiation and supports Estimating and Bidding.

When asked about an accomplishment in Construction or a favorite project, Rich said:

“I enjoy being able to go to work every day in the construction field and taking projects from bid stage to getting a certificate of occupancy and proud to stand behind the finished project.” 

When Rich is not at National Contractors he enjoys spending spending time with his family and working on projects around the house.
